Ingredients

Butter & scallion mixture:

  • 25g ( 2 1/2 tbsps ) Soften butter
  • 1 tbsp Scallions / green onions ( sliced into small size )
  • 1 tsp Garlic ( finely chopped )
  • A pinch of salt
  • Sprinkles of black pepper

Dough:

  • 180g ( 1 1/4 cup ) Bread flour
  • 3g ( 1/2 tsp full ) Salt
  • 25g ( 2 tbsps ) Caster sugar
  • 4g ( 1 1/4 tsp ) instant dried yeast
  • 100ml Warm milk
  • 1 Egg
  • 15g ( 1 1/2 tbsp ) Soften butter

Topping:

  • 60g ( 1/2 cup ) Mozzarella cheese
  • 40g ( 1/4 cup ) Cheddar cheese
  • Scallions (green onions) for sprinkle on top of the bread

Instructions

  1. Bake in a preheated 165°C ~ 185°C oven for 13 ~ 15 minutes.
