  • 2 tbsp sugar-20 grams

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour- 375 grams
  • 1 tsp salt-5 grams
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp butter 30 grams

Vanilla Custard Cream

  • 2 cups milk (400g)
  • 1/2 cup+ 2 tablespoon sugar 120g
  • egg yolk 4pcs
  • 3 tablespoon cornstarch 30g
  • 1/2 cup milk 100g
  • 1-2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp butter
